Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

  • Exhibitors must complete setup by 3:00 PM on October 4, 2025.
  • All displays must fit within the allocated booth space .
  • Electrical requirements must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their products and displays.
  • All merchandise must be related to fashion, lifestyle, or approved categories.
  • Booth sharing or subletting is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
  • Exhibitors must comply with all mall safety and fire regulations.
  • All promotional materials must be approved by event management.
  • Exhibitors must maintain their space in a clean and professional manner.
  • All exhibitors must ensure that every product is properly labeled with a price tag.
  • No early teardown is permitted before 11:00 PM on October 6, 2025.

Visitor Terms & Conditions

  • The event is open to all ages. Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Photography is permitted for personal use only. Commercial photography requires authorization.
  • Please respect exhibitors' displays and merchandise - do not touch without permission.
  • Food and beverages from outside are not permitted in the expo area.
  • Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited within the expo area and mall premises.
  • All visitors are subject to security screening at the entrance.
  • The management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual causing disruption.
  • Free Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in designated mall parking.
  • Lost and found items should be reported to the information desk.
  • Visitors participate at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses. .
